Giuseppe De Benedittis has been Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Milan since 1984. He founded and directed the Interdepartmental Center for the Study and Therapy of Pain of the University of Milan from 1980 to 2014, the first multidisciplinary centre to be established in our country.
